Hello
Indexhibit isn't recognising my login details after I changed them and I can't get in with the defaults either.
Looking at the couple of other similar posts, I've tried my hosting provider's myphpadmin facility, but I can't find where to change the login details on there.
Is it possible someone could send me the reset utility mentioned in the other posts please.
Help much appreciated, I'm excited to get started!
Thank you
James

On its ways...put it in the /ndxz-studio folder and then bring it up in the browser. Then, once you are logged back in with index01/exhibit be sure to delete it from the server.

OK dropped that in ndxz-studio and the browser says 'looks ok'

Still can't login with the defaults though

Looking at phpmyadmin on my host's admin site something odd seems to have happened to the database I created yesterday during installation of indexhibit, it's not showing up for some reason... don't know if the 2 issues are related but have contacted them in the meantime...

thanks for the help

Had you uploaded many things? If not, delete all the existing tables and start over.

It is possible that the table some how became corrupted. It happens. Which is not necessarily and Indexhibit issue (and mostly is not).

Hi vaska.

my install doesnt seem to accept the index1 / exhibit login.
is it because i am using an old database from wordpress?

from a mac, how can i clean up my database @ one.com?

I'm not sure how you would do that. One must have some PHPMyAdmin that you can use.

It should work just fine even if WP is on the same database. Did you have an earlier install of Indexhibit? If so, you need to delete those old tables out first (use PHPMyAdmin for that).
