Hi,

I'm having trouble getting started with indexhibit.
I have checked with my Host (streamline.net) and they have sent me all the details about MySQL Database, which is set-up.
I have uploaded via FTP the indexhit folder etc... but whenever I come to intall I get the message: "Database not installed" (www.kitch

Is there a step I'm missing to tell indexhibit where to find my database etc. I'm not very up to speed with databases.

I uploaded the actual indexhibit folder etc to ftp.kitch-en.co.uk with my username and password for my domain. But I have different details for my database:

Mysql Username: kitchen
Mysql Password: ******
Mysql Hostname: mysql11.streamline.net
Database Name: kitchen
PHPMyAdmin: mysql11.streamline.net

I hope this all makes sense to somebody and you can help.

What tables?
When I go to that link, It first comes up with select language, so I select English, then click on next and it says database not installed.
What tables do I need to install? And how?

I don't really know if anybody has gotten Steamline to work with this very well...they are adding some bizarre to the code there...go to this page and try to input your details...

Hey, thanks for the help. I've tried going directly to that page, and i can fill in the details but again, when I click on next it says database not installed.
Is there a way to do it manually? Or is it not possible to do because of my Hosting service?

I hate to say this, but there are just too many quirks trying to get this stuff to work on Streamline...

Not a problem, thanks for your time and help with this. Is there a better hosting service you can recommend?
